President
Aisha wears two hats, that of founding member and President all the while guiding animators through projects as Animation Production and Project Manager.
Juliette Ste. Rose
Vice President
Juliette brings her forthrightness to the table when it comes to decision making. This comes from her wealth of knowledge and experience gained working in the tourism industry for nearly two decades.
Kebra D. Smith
Secretary
Kebra, founding member, works with the team on the ground in the event planning space. Her expertise seen the team through events like TIE (previously BMEX) and the planning and execution of workshops.
Keisha Mayers-Juman
Accountant
Keisha keeps the lights on and all of T.A.L.E.N.T's financial matters up-to-date. Her experience in corporate accounting and auditing, saw T.A.L.E.N.T through one of its largest grant funded projects to date with the Inter-American Development Bank.
ANIMATION TEAM BARBADOS
T.A.L.E.N.T Animation Team is made of competent 2D Animators trained using Toon Boom Harmony software which is now industry standard. They have been mentored and work alongside some of the industry's best and work cohesively to see projects through. PROJECTS
THE ZANA SERIES PROJECT
T.A.L.E.N.T collaborated with the Coastal Zone Management Unit Barbados and was awarded the Global Facility Small Grants Program Implemented by the United Nations Development Fund for the creation of the Color Me Series Activity Book, Zana's Great Big Chore Pilot, and The Attack of the Lionfish Game App .
Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) took interest in our work and after several meetings and a pitch session, T.A.L.E.N.T was awarded a grant in the amount of USD $500, 000 in 2021. This project gave birth to an online platform offering training in 2D animation along with training in other areas of Digital Arts and soft skills.
